Coco looked down at the Exceed and her eyes widened, it was so cute! ”I’m Coco!” She told it, before kneeling down to it’s level and smiling at it, “It’s nice to meet you, Frosch!”

The hound looked around, sniffing the air for anything. He caught the scent of someone and followed the trail. He saw the stranger and walked forward. “W-who are you? W-why are you here?”

Coco’s eyes lit up at the sight of the talking… Well, she guessed that it was a puppy. She knelt down in front of it and reached her hand out like she had heard you were meant to do when stroking dogs you hadn’t met before, “I’m Coco,” She greeted it, “I came here to explore! But I’m not really sure where ‘here’ is…”

The Fast and The Cat

The black cat continued to stare at the menu that held, choosing what would ask, and at times, he gave a brief look at the girl. The waitress came over and Coco made his request in a very animated, he realized. The woman, after logging a few words in a small notebook, turned to him with a nice polite smile on his face. “And you?” She said. Pantherlily took another look at the menu in his hands and then looked back at the woman. “A normal and small fruit salad. And a kiwi juice.” He said gently. The woman repeated what he had done, wrote a few words on the small notebook was holding. “If you need anything, just call me! The request will be delivered to you in a few moments.” She tilted her head in a way kind and walked away.

The exceed became distracted and looked around a bit, for the few people who were there. Suddenly, he felt a bad feeling. Arched an eyebrow. It was as if that feeling was there all the time, but he had only noticed now. He looked more intensely around but could not identify anything different or strange.

When the waitress had gone Coco noticed that Lily was looking around. Curiously, she began to copy his movements although she couldn’t see what he was trying to find. She looked back at him and asked, “What’s wrong, Lily?”

Before she could hear his answer, the door of the cafe opened and a group of tall, strong looking men entered. The lead man walked over to the waitress who had come to seat them before asking her something in a hushed voice. She glanced over to them and pointed her index finger at them, saying something back to the man.

Almost immediately after she’d pointed the group walked towards them, surrounding the duo. There was a menacing aura surrounding them which intimidated Coco a little, although Lily was here so nothing bad could happen… right…?

The lead man took a half step forward before asking in an incredulous voice, “You two are the wizards that took the request? The Fairy Tail Wizards? A kid and a cat? How do you expect to complete it, why was that request even sent to a weak Guild like yours?”

He seemed angry and upset about something which resulted in conflicting emotions in Coco. On one hand she hated to see anyone upset and she wanted to comfort him in some way, however, on the other hand she was scared, unsure what he was going to do or say, so instead of replying to him she glanced over at Lily and hoped that he’d have the right answers.

“…I’m not one for running, sorry.”

“Who are you anyways, kid?”

“I’m Coco! It’s nice to meet you~!”

Christmas list? Her brows waggled at this but she tossed the idea aside. It really wasn’t anyone’s business what it and she had no intention of letting the girl know the truth. 

“Right… A Christmas List.” She mumbled with a small nod.

By the way the lady responded, Coco guessed that it wasn’t a Christmas List, but if the lady didn’t want to tell her what it really was, then that was okay. Everyone had secrets, and if the lady ever wanted to tell Coco what the list really was she would. Coco wasn’t going to pry.

“Well… um… What’s your name?” She asked after suddenly realising that the lady hadn’t told her yet, “I want to be able to call you something~”

Gajeel released a heavy sigh “What hasn’t happened…trouble just seems to follow us around.It’s always something….oh we were too reckless with our missions, we caused too much damage, we lose 7 years being asleep”

At what Gajeel said about losing seven years, Coco’s eyes bulged, “S-Seven years!?” She exclaimed in shock. How could they have been asleep for seven years? Were they really that tired? Well, it did explain how when she’d met up with the Princess, Lily and other members of the Earthland Fairy Tail they hadn’t looked any different from the last time she’d seen them.

“Wow! It must have been really fun to have a seven year long dream! Do you remember what you dreamed about?”

“Not really~” Coco replied, although she was staring at the pocky in the other girls mouth hungrily, it sure did look nice…

“Oh them? They’re the same as always…idiots, gi hee. They seem to have gotten noisier since we got back from Edolas”

Coco was surprised by Gajeel’s reply, she honestly couldn’t imagine the Princess being anything other than brave, kind and friendly, imagining her being an idiot or noisy was just impossible for Coco, although on the other hand, she could imagine Natsu Dragneel being both of those.

“I’m happy that everyone’s okay~ Has anything good happened~?”

“Coco hm? Not on my list, lucky, lucky you.” She smirked toward the girl. “Nice to meet you.”

The lady reminded her a little of Captain Knightwalker, that thought comforted her a little and she made herself relax. She decided to act like she normally did and make friends with this person, “What list is it?” She asked, “Is it like a Christmas List?”

Coco felt a bit intimidated by the lady, although she smiled at her none the less, “I’m Coco… It’s nice to meet you!”
